Behind Tenuta Volpare is the passion and commitment of Francesco Ronga, a winemaker driven by the goal of enhancing his land while working in harmony with nature.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe Pinot Nero of Tenuta Volpare is made exclusively from Pinot Nero grapes grown according to certified organic farming principles on the clayey and calcareous hills east of Trento. The vines were planted in 2008 at an altitude of 260 meters above sea level, facing south and southwest. Once the grapes have reached a good phenolic ripeness, they are harvested by hand and then pressed in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place in contact with the skins. Afterwards, the wine is transferred to \u003cstrong\u003eFrench oak barriques\u003c\/strong\u003e for about 10 months of aging before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe Pinot Nero of the small wine estate Tenuta Volpare has an intense ruby red color with bright reflections.
