The grapes of these two varieties grow in vineyards with a hilly profile, located on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino, at an altitude above sea level between 300 and 600 meters, facing south and southeast. The grapes, harvested by hand around mid-September, are processed following the typical Metodo Classico production process, performing the second refermentation in the bottle.
