Chora Bianco L'Acino 2014

The Chora White comes from the passion and love for the land of three friends who started the project of the winery L'Acino. A love that goes beyond just wine tradition and that has helped to enhance and give a new face to a land, Calabria, tough, rough and tough, but also rich and generous. We are in the small village of San Marco Argentano, in a small cellar that has a handful of hectares planted with old vines in Calabria, as Mantonico, Magliocco and Pecorello. A cellar animated by a strong sense of belonging to their land, to their roots and values can transmit. The Chora White is a handcrafted wine, somewhat farmer, maybe even dissident and subversive, son of a production philosophy that is proudly away from fashions and trends. Mantonico, Guarnaccia, Pecorello and Greco Bianco, with a fermentation with the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts and maturation that takes place only in steel. We are faced with a rich and complex wine, complex and multifaceted, with its own captivating personality.
